We required a solution to a business need for improving accessibility and awareness of Flintshire web services. Kiosk technology was the ideal solution for delivering this and Kiosk4Business were selected as our supplier following a sucessful and impressive pitch to IT & Communications Managers within Flintshire.

The project was delivered professionally and on time with regular communication a key theme between Kiosks4Business and Flintshire - ensuring all project milestones were reached.

Upon successful completion of the project we anticpate Take Up of this service to increase with further marketing. Using the Kiosk4Business reporting module we can quickly see usage statistics helping to develop the service in a user centred approach. This will further increase Take up with the potential of reducing avoidable contact between the public and Flintshire County Council.
